The Last Dollar Scholarship is a need-based “gap” award for graduating seniors from Bartram, Frankford, Furness, Kensington Creative and Performing Arts, Olney, Paul Robeson, or Roxborough high schools in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Students planning to enroll full-time in a 2- or 4-year college are encouraged to apply.
