The Latin Network for the Visual Arts Scholarship recognizes residents of New London, Tolland, and Windham counties in Connecticut. Students who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in the visual arts are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to lower-income students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
