The Latin Network for the Visual Arts Scholarship recognizes the residents of New London County, Connecticut who demonstrate financial need. Students who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in the fine arts on a full-time basis are welcome to apply. Those with ancestral roots in countries where Romance languages are spoken receive special consideration.
