Students who participate with a non-profit organization are encouraged to apply. The “Outstanding Student in Law and Government” or the “Laura Cumbie Scholar” from Eastern Hills High School in Texas. receive special consideration

  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice

  • Participate in a nonprofit organization (minimum of 8 hours) Preference may be given to the “Outstanding Student in Law and Government” or the “Laura Cumbie Scholar” from Eastern Hills High School in Texas.
