The National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) is an association of Eagle Scout alumni of the Boy Scouts of America. NESA membership is mandatory to receive a scholarship. The Lawrence S. and Mabel Cooke scholarships are the largest scholarships awarded by the National Eagle Scout Association. These academic scholarships are awarded based on school and Scouting participation, academic performance, and financial need.
