The League of Women Voters of Greater Rockford Scholarship is available to residents of Winnebago or Boone counties in Illinois who are also graduating high school seniors or past graduates of a high school in these counties. Students who participate in social studies organizations are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate strong academic performance.
