The Lee Roy Selmon Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors attending public schools in Tampa, Florida, and are participating members of the All Sports Community Service Foundation. Students planning to pursue a degree at Hillsborough Community College, the University of South Florida, or the University of Tampa are eligible to apply.
