The Lemma Fink Bowyer Scholarship is available to full-time upperclassmen attending Concord University, Glenville State College, Shepherd University, or West Virginia Wesleyan. Females who graduated from a Raleigh or Fayette County high school in West Virginia seeking a degree in fine arts or English are welcome to apply. Applications are available through the college financial aid office. The scholarship rotates annually between campuses, contact the Beckley Area Foundation for clarification.
