Leon Dwight Russell Scholarship provides financial assistance for undergraduate or graduate study in any state to members of the Oklahoma Correctional Association (OCA) and their children.

Requirements

Active OCA members may nominate 1 or more people to receive these scholarships.

Nominees must be active members or children of members enrolled in or planning to enroll in an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree program at an accredited college, university, or technical school in any state.

They must be enrolled in an art medium program or coursework that can demonstrate how it can be applied in the criminal justice field.

U.S. citizenship and documentation of financial need are required.
