The Leroy McKinney, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is available to male Black or African American graduating seniors or graduates of Battle Creek Central High School in Battle Creek, Michigan. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students studying business, engineering, or a pre-engineering program; nontraditional students; and those with financial need.
