Les Best Spouse's College Scholarship provides financial assistance to spouses of members of the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA) who are interested in beginning or continuing their college education in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to the spouses of OCSEA members who are entering a college or university in any state or are currently enrolled at least half-time.
  • Applicants must submit a letter of reference and an essay of 500 to 1,000 words on a topic that changes annually but relates to an issue of concern to labor unions.
