The Lester L. Werntz Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors from Mount Pulaski High School in Illinois who will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Students who participated in the school band music program for all four years and school and community service activities are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
