The Levi Dowell Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of Levi Dowell, a graduate of Jackson Hole High School, Wyoming. This award is available to graduating high school seniors based on nominations from a counselor or teacher. This scholarship program is offered through the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole in partnership with the Fund for Public Education and the Teton County Scholarship Program.
