The LietzServe Scholarship supports incoming freshmen who are members of the Tarleton State University Corps of Cadets in Stephenville, Texas, as they begin their postsecondary studies. Cadets who have received an Army ROTC three-year Advanced Designee scholarship or an Air Force ROTC Type 2 or Type 7 scholarship are particularly encouraged to apply.
