The Lieutenant Kelli Ingardona Memorial Scholarship program is a need-based award for residents of Boone, Ogle, or Winnebago counties in Illinois. Students who are members or family members of members of IAFF Local 413 Firefighters, or are studying fire science or EMT are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate strong academic performance.

  • Full or parttime student
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students who demonstrate strong academic performance.
