The Liz Colantuono & Mark Sanz Endowment Scholarship is a need-based award for high school seniors, adult refugees, children of refugees, or Native American students who are currently enrolled in or accepted to a four-year college or university in the United States. Students pursuing degrees in accounting, education, journalism, or STEM-related fields are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to residents of Montana, as well as those from Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming
  • High school senior or undergraduate student **OR**
  • Adult refugee or child of a refugee
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Studying in accounting, education, journalism, or a STEMrelated field
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or U.S. national
  • Demonstrate financial need First preference is given to refugees or children of refugees born outside the U.S. Second preference goes to Native American students residing in Montana. Third preference is for refugees or children of refugees born outside the U.S. and residing in Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, or Idaho. Fourth preference is given to Native American students in those same states.
