The Locher Agricultural Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in El Dorado County, California who plan to study an agriculture-related field in college. Students who are either members of FFA and/or 4-H for a minimum of three years are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academics and educational pursuits.
