The Lombardo-Van Bourgondien Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools within the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools in North Carolina who are planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational school. Historically underserved students who have an IEP and demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply.
