The Lombardo-Van Bourgondien Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools within the Chapel Hill–Carrboro City Schools in North Carolina who are planning to attend a two- or four-year college, university, or vocational school. Historically underserved students with an IEP who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply.
