The Lori Lee Kondo Scholarship program is available to graduates of Kauai public high schools, including Kaua'i High School, Kapa`a High School, and Waimea High School in Hawai'i. Applicants who reside on the island of Kauai and demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply with special consideration given to previous award recipients.
