The Los Angeles AFB Scholarship Program is available to U.S. Air Force and Space Force active, reserve, and guard company-grade officers, enlisted personnel, and government civilians. Those assigned to Los Angeles Air Force Base, ROTC staff at the University of Southern California, University of California, Los Angeles, and Loyola Marymount University, as well as airmen and guardians with the Defense Contract Management Agency or other assignments in the Los Angeles Air Force Base area, are welcome to apply.
