Los Angeles Section ASCE Outstanding Student Scholarship provides financial assistance to upper-division students who are members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at designated universities in southern California.

Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time juniors and seniors at 11 designated universities in southern California.
  • Applicants must be national student members of ASCE and also a member of their university's ASCE student chapter.
  • Selection is based on that essay (45%), academic achievement (15%), growth within the civil engineering profession (30%), and attention to details (10%).
