Lou Gerber Scholarship provides financial assistance to classified school employees who are members of the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) and wish to continue their education.

Requirements
  • This program is open to OSEA members who are classified, as school employees.
  • Applicants must be interested in continuing their education; especially encouraged are employees who do not have a high school diploma and wish to get their GED. Selection is based on 1) a 150word statement describing their educational interests, plans, and activities, both inside and outside of school work; 2) a 300-word statement describing their involvement in OSEA and how it has benefited them and others they know, and 3) letters of reference, including 1 from an OSEA member.
