The Lou Moneymaker Legacy Scholarship Fund for the Blind and Visually Impaired is available to residents of Indiana pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited college, university, vocational, technical, or trade school in the state. Students with a significant barrier to obtaining postsecondary education are encouraged to apply. Blind or visually impaired applicants receive special consideration.
