The Louise Bowers Slentz Foundation Endowed Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in Carson, Donley, Gray, Hemphill, Roberts, or Wheeler counties in Texas. Students who are planning to attend an accredited regional college or university in the northernmost 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle including Texas Tech University or South Plains Community College are welcome to apply.
