Louise P. and Joe B. Cook Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors who participate in specified programs of the Texas Interscholastic League Foundation (TILF) and plan to attend college in the state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who have competed in a University Interscholastic League (UIL) academic state meet contest in accounting, calculator applications, computer science, debate (cross-examination and Lincoln-Douglas), mathematics, number sense, ready writing, science, informative and persuasive speaking, or spelling and vocabulary; students who participate in the solo and ensemble contest also receive special consideration.
