The Love Your Neighbor Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle. Active church members who are planning to attend Amarillo College or West Texas A&M are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to Christian-based degrees.
