Lower Brule Sioux Tribe Adult Vocational Training Scholarship provides financial assistance to Indians from any nation who live on the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe (LBST) reservation and are interested in a program of adult vocational training (AVT).

Requirements
  • This program is open to members of any Indian nation who live on or near the LBST reservation in Lyman County, South Dakota and have lived there for at least 6 months.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full time in an AVT program, including an associate degree program at a community college.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and apply for a federal Pell Grant.
