The Lucile Moore Garrett Scholarship is open to members or alumnae of Kappa Alpha Theta chapters in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas. Students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree are encouraged to apply. If no member of a chapter in those states applies, the award is available to members of Kappa Alpha Theta who reside in those states and are seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree. If no residents of those states apply, the award is available to Kappa Alpha Theta members in any state seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree.
