The Luis V. Colom, M.D., Ph.D., Memorial Scholarship is available to college junior or senior students attending The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Full-time students studying in a STEM field are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have earned an associate degree and are pursuing a bachelor's degree, as well as to Texas residents or students who lived in Texas during part of their high school education.
