Luke Chapter MOAA Scholarship provides financial assistance for college in any state to high school seniors in the area of Luke Air Force Base who have participated in Junior ROTC or who have ties to the military.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the western Arizona area served by Luke AFB who either 1) have completed all senior high school JROTC requirements for eligibility; or 2) have an immediate family member (sibling, parent, grandparent) who has served or is serving on active duty in the military.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited college, university, community college, or technical school in any state.
  • They must rank in the upper half of their class.
  • Selection is based on academics; service to others; participation in extracurricular activities; qualities of leadership, moral character, commitment, responsibility, and determination in furthering their education; and financial need.
