The Lulay ROTC Endowed Scholarship is available to Army ROTC students attending Corban University, Oregon State University, Oregon State University - Cascades Campus, or Western Oregon University. Female cadets, U.S. Armed Services veterans, their children or grandchildren, and members of the National Guard or Reserves who are contracted ROTC students who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to juniors, seniors, and completion ROTC students.

  • Member of Army ROTC
  • U.S. Armed Services veteran, their child or grandchild, or a member of the National Guard/Reserves **OR**

  • Minimum 2.50 overall GPA, minimum 3.00 ROTC GPA
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Attending Corban University, Oregon State University, Oregon State University Cascades Campus, or Western Oregon University
  • College sophomore, junior, or senior
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Participation in leadership
  • Nomination/recommendation only
