The Mabel W. Jacks Scholarship is offered to high school seniors or undergraduate students who are 4-H members. Residents of California, attending or planning to attend a technical/trade school, 2-, or 4-year college, or university are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students pursuing higher education who would be unable to attend a college or university without a scholarship.
