The Madison Charitable Fund Scholarship supports graduates of Elkton High School in Elkton, Oregon, North Douglas High School in Drain, Oregon, Oakland High School in Oakland, Oregon, and Yoncalla High School in Yoncalla, Oregon, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll full time at an Oregon college or university are encouraged to apply.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Planning to attend school in Oregon
