The Madison-Waldo Scholarship supports graduates of Clackamas County high schools, or Clackamas County, Oregon, residents who are GED recipients and home-schooled students, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll full-time at a college or university in the United States, particularly transgender students and students from underserved communities, are encouraged to apply.
