The Maffett Endowed Nursing Scholarship is available to students at Polk State College who are currently eemployed as a nurse technician, LPN, nurse’s aid, or CNA at Lake Wales Medical Center or Winter Haven Hospital, and intend to work a minimum of two years at Lake Wales Medical Center or Winter Haven Hospital upon graduation from PSC. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing are eligible to apply.
