The Maj. Gen. James Ursano Scholarship Program awards need-based scholarships to children or dependents of U.S. Army or National Guard members. The service member may be on federal active duty, a retired, or a deceased active or deceased retired soldier. Applicants cannot be a member of the National Guard, Reserves, or another military branch.
