The Major David H. McCall Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating JROTC cadets at Summerlin Academy in Bartow, Florida who demonstrate financial need and a strong commitment to community service or work experience. Cadets who consistently display the principles of good citizenship and servant leadership with humility are encouraged to apply.
