The Malcolm and Ella Odom & Ora Edmonds Opportunity Scholarship is available to students at Pensacola State College. If a designated degree is unavailable at PSC, students can attend the University of Florida/IFAS Milton Campus. Graduates of Jay High School, Central School, or future high schools located north of Milton High School will be considered. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in agriculture, agricultural science, biology, agriscience, natural resource conservation, horticulture science, environmental science, food and nutrition, or other related fields are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have been in the foster care system.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.50 GPA
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Attend Pensacola State College, if a designated degree is not available at PSC, attend the University of Florida/IFAS Milton Campus
  • Graduated from Jay High School, Central High School, or future high schools located north of Milton High School and obtained an associate degree at the PSC
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree full or parttime
  • Studying agriculture, agricultural science, biology, agriscience, natural resource conservation, horticulture science, environmental science, food and nutrition, or other related fields
  • Participate in community service and extracurricular activities, focusing on activities related to agriculture, natural resource conservation, and agronomy at the Milton campus Preference is given to students who have been in the foster care system.
