The Malouf and Iris Abraham Scholarship, FPC Unrestricted is available to graduating seniors who reside in Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Ochiltree, Roberts, or Wheeler counties in Texas. Students who are planning to attend Frank Phillips College are welcome to apply.
