The Malzahn Family Fund - Noble County Career Tech Scholarship is available to high school seniors attending Billings, Frontier, Morrison, or Perry high schools in Oklahoma, or students who have graduated from a high school in Noble County, Oklahoma. Students who plan to or currently attend technology centers are welcome to apply.
