The Malzahn Family Fund - Noble County Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Billings, Frontier, Perry, or Morrison high schools in Oklahoma. Students who have attended the high school for two or more years are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
