Maniilaq Association Paaraq Scholarship is available to members of Alaska Native tribes in the service area of the Maniilaq Association who are residents of Ambler, Buckland, Deering, Kiana, Kivalina, Kobuk, Kotzebue, Noatak, Noorvik, Point Hope, Selawik, or Shungnak, Alaska. Students seeking an associate, bachelor's, graduate, law, medical degree, or Ph.D are eligible to apply.
