The Marcia L. Stutzman Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from West Holmes High School in Millersburg in Ohio. Students who are planning to pursue a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need. Residents of Holmes county in Ohio are given preference.
