The Margaret L. Palmer Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Arthur Hill High School, Saginaw High School, Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy, or Heritage High School in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students planning to pursue an elementary education degree at a Michigan college or university are eligible to apply.
