The Margaret L. Palmer Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Heritage, Saginaw Arts and Sciences, or Saginaw United high schools in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students planning to pursue an elementary education degree at a Michigan college or university are eligible to apply.
