The Margaret (Margie) Mills Ruckert Scholarship is open to members of the Alpha Upsilon chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at Washburn University in Kansas. Members pursuing an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply. If no member from Washburn University applies, the award is available to undergraduate members of the Kappa chapter at the University of Kansas. If no Kappa chapter member applies, the award is available to undergraduate members of the Delta Eta chapter at Kansas State University.
