Requirements

This program is open to women who have been residents of Washington for at least 1 year and have been accepted into a program or course of study at an accredited school in the Greater Puget Sound Area (Island, King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties).

Applicants must be 30 years of age or older.

They must be able to demonstrate scholastic ability and financial need.

Preference is given to returning students.

U.S. citizenship is required.
