The Maria C. Jackson/General George A. White Scholarship supports students who served or are serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, or whose parents served, and who resided in Oregon at the time of enlistment, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll full-time at an Oregon college, university, or technical school are encouraged to apply.
