The Marian and Wayne Sinsel Scholarship supports deaf or hard-of-hearing students who are enrolled in a postsecondary institution full-time. Students who are 22 years old or younger and are residents of Hocking or Fairfield counties in Ohio are welcome to apply, although those from Hocking County receive first consideration. This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Marian and Wayne Sinsel.
