The Marian and Wayne Sinsel Scholarship supports deaf or hard-of-hearing students who are enrolled in a postsecondary institution full-time. Students who are residents of Hocking or Fairfield counties in Ohio are welcome to apply, although those from Hocking County receive first consideration.
