The Mark Houston Scholarship Fund is available to graduating seniors who attend Fremont High School, or Holton High School in Michigan. Students who plan to attend Muskegon Community College, are not eligible for a Promise Zone scholarship, have taken vocational classes in high school, are pursuing a skilled or vocational trade, and demonstrate financial need receive special consideration.
