The Mark Lierman Memorial Scholarship is available to Hawaii high school graduates and students attending or planning to attend an accredited higher education institution in Hawaii. Students who demonstrate an appreciation for and understanding of geospatial data and geographic information systems (GIS) are welcome to apply.
