The Mark "Rudy" Von Ruden Memorial Endowed Scholarship is an opportunity for new students at Western Technical College. Those studying building construction & cabinetmaking, diesel & heavy equipment technician, electromechanical technology, electronic systems installations & maintenance – IEM, manufacturing systems maintenance technician, or welding are welcome to apply. Special consideration will be given to students from Aquinas High School, Central High School, and Logan High School in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
